Ordering and delivery conditions

Calculating the cost of your order

We'll assemble your order and work out how much it costs. Then we'll phone you, check it's all ok, and arrange payment by credit card. If you'll be picking up your order you can either pay over the phone or in person.

Pick-up orders

Please give us at least three hours notice before you'd like to pick up your order. You can pay and collect your order from our Howrah shop during our regular opening hours:

Monday to Thursday 7.00 am – 6.00 pm
Friday 6.30 am – 6.00 pm
Saturday 7.00 am – 12.30 pm

Home delivery

We can deliver any order worth over $25.00 to your home or work address. Delivery is free to our local area (Howrah and surrounds). A $5.00 delivery charge applies for most other Hobart suburbs. We'll call you to confirm whether we can deliver to your address.

You must place your order before close of business on the day before delivery. We deliver before noon on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (except for public holidays).
